We don’t just help sellers, we help buyers too.
The lifeblood of any estate agent is getting listings and seeing those listings through to exchange of contract and completion – if we didn’t we’d quickly develop a poor reputation as leading Leeds estate agents and have no commission.
It’s why independent estate agencies like Hogan’s differ from the many online choices you now have.
Firstly we have two geographical bases; we know the Leeds property market for sales and lettings very well; we don’t charge until your property sells – that makes us motivated to find qualified buyers and get you the best possible price.
What you may be less aware of, though, is that we help buyers too.
If someone emails, Facebook messages, calls the office or actually pops in, we help them.
How?
We find out what those buyers (or would be tenants) require in terms of location, bedrooms, budget, closeness to school and register them on our system, so they are the first to get alerted when a suitable property for sale or let lands.
It goes beyond that too.
